Markets continue to defy the cynics. Higher oil prices, rising bond yields, and geopolitical tensions have thus far been overpowered by resilient earnings growth.
Valuations are not cheap and leadership of the rally is somewhat concentrated.
That said, certain areas still offer a compelling risk-reward profile.
While we are still constructive, we are paying particular attention to our asset allocation and diversification.
